Reseller-Konsole — Anleitung
So führst du dein Reseller-Geschäft über das Dashboard: Tarif erstellen, Kunden anlegen, VM bestellen, Zugang liefern, aufladen und Support — alles White-Label.
Lade dein Großhandelsguthaben in Krypto auf (Seite Guthaben) — Bestellungen werden davon abgebucht.
Erstelle einen Tarif im Konfigurator: vCPU, RAM, NVMe, IPv4 und Standort, plus deinen Aufschlag ($ oder %). Der Verkaufspreis gehört dir.
Lege einen Kunden an (E-Mail). Du erhältst eine client_id, um sofort zu bestellen.
Bestelle eine VM für den Kunden: wähle Tarif, optionalen Hostnamen und OS. Der Großhandel wird abgebucht; die VM wird auf unseren EU-Servern bereitgestellt.
Zugang liefern: öffne die VM-Details, um das Root-Passwort anzuzeigen (einmalig) — oder setze es neu. Gib dem Kunden IP/Port + Passwort unter deiner Marke.
Support & Lebenszyklus: Kunden sperren/entsperren, VMs neu starten/neu installieren, Metriken lesen und aus der Konsole Tickets bei EQVPS öffnen.
White-Label
Deine Kunden sehen EQVPS nie — sie erhalten ihren VPS über deine Marke, Domain und deinen Preis. Provisioning und Infrastruktur bleiben bei uns.
Beyond the basics
On any client VM click Renew → pick a period (+1/+3/+6/+12/+24 months, or type your own 1–24). The dialog shows the new expiry date and the cost (wholesale × N); confirm and it is charged from your wholesale balance. Expiry extends from the current date (day of month preserved).
Toggle auto-renew per VM (ON by default). A daily job (05:00 UTC) renews anything expiring within 3 days from your wholesale balance. If the balance is short you get one alert and the server enters the normal grace window — never a silent loss.
On the dashboard use Test provision: pick a plan → Run test. You get a mock response with the exact structure of a real order (service_id, spec, IP, SSH command) — but no VM is created and no balance is charged. Use it to verify your API/MCP integration end-to-end.
The Email me toggle controls whether EQVPS emails you about your clients' servers (provision, renewal, suspend, etc.). Your clients are never emailed by EQVPS — full white-label. Turn it off if you handle client notifications yourself.
Upgrade a client VM to another of your plans (Change plan). Resize is upgrade-only — every resource ≥ current, disk grows in place — and the prorated wholesale difference is charged from your balance.
