What payment methods do you accept?+
Two ways. Pay directly with USDC or USDT on Base, Ethereum, Polygon or Solana — fast, no card. Or pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer at checkout — we convert it to crypto for you. Card has a minimum (typically from ~$10); any surplus over your order is credited to your balance.
How do I pay with crypto, step by step?+
Pick a plan and place your order — you'll get a checkout page showing the amount and a deposit address (with a QR code). Send that amount of USDC or USDT from your wallet or exchange on the chosen network. Once the network confirms, your server provisions automatically. No account or sign-up with a third party needed.
I don't have any crypto yet — can I still pay?+
Yes. At checkout, choose "Buy crypto" and pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Skrill and others — provided through PayPal, Binance, Coinbase, Revolut and more. The provider sells you USDC and you send it on to complete the order. Tip: if your local currency isn't available, switch the currency to USD — that unlocks the widest set of payment methods. Note: buying crypto this way follows the provider's own sign-up requirements — paying with crypto you already hold does not.
How do I connect a wallet?+
At checkout choose "Connect wallet" and pick yours — MetaMask, Phantom, Rainbow, Base Account, or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. Approve the payment in your wallet and you're done.
Which network should I use, and what about fees?+
Base, Polygon and Solana are usually the cheapest and fastest — Polygon is popular for low-fee USDT transfers. Ethereum also works. The network charges a small on-chain fee (gas) on top of your payment — when buying through an exchange, send a little more than the exact amount so the full deposit arrives.
Do I need an account or a card to pay?+
No. Direct crypto and wallet payments require no account — just an email and a crypto payment. Only the optional "buy crypto with card" route follows the provider's own sign-up requirements, never ours.
Can AI agents use EQVPS programmatically?+
Yes — it's a core focus. We have a live REST API and an MCP server (mcp.eqvps.com), so AI agents can discover plans, top up a balance with crypto, order a VPS, and manage it autonomously. See the Docs page for setup.
Where are the servers located?+
Our infrastructure runs in Germany, on enterprise hardware with NVMe storage and ECC memory. More locations are planned.
What operating systems are available?+
Popular Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, and AlmaLinux, deployed from clean cloud images.
Is my data backed up?+
Annual plans include automated VM-level backups — snapshots taken without stopping your server. And on any plan you have full root, so you can snapshot, rsync, or export your data yourself at any time.
What happens if I miss a renewal payment?+
Your server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for — cancellation defaults to end-of-period, so nothing is wiped the moment a payment is late. You get reminders and keep access to your data through the paid term.
Can I migrate my data out — is there any lock-in?+
No lock-in. With full root and SSH you can snapshot, rsync or image your server and move it anywhere, anytime. Your data is yours.
