Pannello rivenditore — guida pratica
Come gestire la tua attività di rivendita dalla dashboard: crea un piano, aggiungi un cliente, ordina una VM, consegna l'accesso, ricarica e gestisci il supporto — tutto white-label.
Ricarica il tuo saldo all'ingrosso in crypto (pagina Saldo) — ordini da questo saldo.
Crea un piano nel costruttore: vCPU, RAM, NVMe, IPv4 e località, più il tuo markup ($ o %). Il prezzo al dettaglio è tuo.
Aggiungi un cliente (email). Ottieni un client_id per ordinare subito.
Ordina una VM per il cliente: scegli il piano, hostname e OS facoltativi. L'ingrosso viene detratto; la VM viene creata sui nostri server UE.
Consegna l'accesso: apri i dettagli della VM per rivelare la password root (mostrata una volta) — o reimpostala per una nuova. Dai IP/porta + password al tuo cliente con il tuo brand.
Supporto e ciclo di vita: sospendi/riattiva clienti, riavvia/reinstalla VM, leggi le metriche e apri ticket con EQVPS dal pannello.
White-label
I tuoi clienti non vedono mai EQVPS — ottengono il loro VPS dal tuo brand, dal tuo dominio, al tuo prezzo. Provisioning e infrastruttura restano a noi.
Beyond the basics
On any client VM click Renew → pick a period (+1/+3/+6/+12/+24 months, or type your own 1–24). The dialog shows the new expiry date and the cost (wholesale × N); confirm and it is charged from your wholesale balance. Expiry extends from the current date (day of month preserved).
Toggle auto-renew per VM (ON by default). A daily job (05:00 UTC) renews anything expiring within 3 days from your wholesale balance. If the balance is short you get one alert and the server enters the normal grace window — never a silent loss.
On the dashboard use Test provision: pick a plan → Run test. You get a mock response with the exact structure of a real order (service_id, spec, IP, SSH command) — but no VM is created and no balance is charged. Use it to verify your API/MCP integration end-to-end.
The Email me toggle controls whether EQVPS emails you about your clients' servers (provision, renewal, suspend, etc.). Your clients are never emailed by EQVPS — full white-label. Turn it off if you handle client notifications yourself.
Upgrade a client VM to another of your plans (Change plan). Resize is upgrade-only — every resource ≥ current, disk grows in place — and the prorated wholesale difference is charged from your balance.
