Reseller-cabinet — rondleiding
Hoe je je reseller-business vanuit het dashboard runt: een abonnement maken, een klant toevoegen, een VM bestellen, toegang leveren, opwaarderen en support afhandelen — allemaal white-label.
Waardeer je groothandelssaldo op met crypto (Saldo-pagina) — je bestelt vanuit dit saldo.
Maak een abonnement in de constructor: vCPU, RAM, NVMe, IPv4 en locatie, plus je marge ($ of %). De verkoopprijs is van jou.
Voeg een klant toe (e-mail). Je krijgt een client_id om direct voor te bestellen.
Bestel een VM voor de klant: kies het abonnement, optionele hostnaam en OS. De groothandelsprijs wordt afgeschreven; de VM wordt geprovisioneerd op onze EU-servers.
Lever toegang: open de VM-details om het root-wachtwoord te tonen (eenmaal getoond) — of reset het voor een nieuw. Geef IP/poort + wachtwoord aan je klant onder je eigen merk.
Support & levenscyclus: klanten opschorten/heractiveren, VM's herstarten/herinstalleren, statistieken lezen en tickets bij EQVPS openen vanuit het cabinet.
White-label
Je klanten zien EQVPS nooit — ze krijgen hun VPS van jouw merk, jouw domein, jouw prijs. Provisioning en infrastructuur blijven bij ons.
Beyond the basics
On any client VM click Renew → pick a period (+1/+3/+6/+12/+24 months, or type your own 1–24). The dialog shows the new expiry date and the cost (wholesale × N); confirm and it is charged from your wholesale balance. Expiry extends from the current date (day of month preserved).
Toggle auto-renew per VM (ON by default). A daily job (05:00 UTC) renews anything expiring within 3 days from your wholesale balance. If the balance is short you get one alert and the server enters the normal grace window — never a silent loss.
On the dashboard use Test provision: pick a plan → Run test. You get a mock response with the exact structure of a real order (service_id, spec, IP, SSH command) — but no VM is created and no balance is charged. Use it to verify your API/MCP integration end-to-end.
The Email me toggle controls whether EQVPS emails you about your clients' servers (provision, renewal, suspend, etc.). Your clients are never emailed by EQVPS — full white-label. Turn it off if you handle client notifications yourself.
Upgrade a client VM to another of your plans (Change plan). Resize is upgrade-only — every resource ≥ current, disk grows in place — and the prorated wholesale difference is charged from your balance.
