Como tocar seu negócio de revenda pelo painel: criar um plano, adicionar cliente, pedir uma VM, entregar acesso, recarregar e cuidar do suporte — tudo white-label.
Recarregue seu saldo de atacado em cripto (página Saldo) — os pedidos são debitados dele.
Crie um plano no construtor: vCPU, RAM, NVMe, IPv4 e localização, mais sua margem ($ ou %). O preço de varejo é seu.
Adicione um cliente (e-mail). Você recebe um client_id para pedir na hora.
Peça uma VM para o cliente: escolha o plano, hostname e SO opcionais. O atacado é debitado; a VM é provisionada nos nossos servidores da UE.
Entregue o acesso: abra os detalhes da VM para revelar a senha root (mostrada uma vez) — ou redefina para uma nova. Dê ao cliente IP/porta + senha com a sua marca.
Suporte e ciclo de vida: suspender/reativar clientes, reiniciar/reinstalar VMs, ler métricas e abrir tickets com a EQVPS pelo painel.
White-label
Seus clientes nunca veem a EQVPS — eles recebem o VPS pela sua marca, domínio e preço. Provisionamento e infraestrutura ficam conosco.
Beyond the basics
On any client VM click Renew → pick a period (+1/+3/+6/+12/+24 months, or type your own 1–24). The dialog shows the new expiry date and the cost (wholesale × N); confirm and it is charged from your wholesale balance. Expiry extends from the current date (day of month preserved).
Toggle auto-renew per VM (ON by default). A daily job (05:00 UTC) renews anything expiring within 3 days from your wholesale balance. If the balance is short you get one alert and the server enters the normal grace window — never a silent loss.
On the dashboard use Test provision: pick a plan → Run test. You get a mock response with the exact structure of a real order (service_id, spec, IP, SSH command) — but no VM is created and no balance is charged. Use it to verify your API/MCP integration end-to-end.
The Email me toggle controls whether EQVPS emails you about your clients' servers (provision, renewal, suspend, etc.). Your clients are never emailed by EQVPS — full white-label. Turn it off if you handle client notifications yourself.
Upgrade a client VM to another of your plans (Change plan). Resize is upgrade-only — every resource ≥ current, disk grows in place — and the prorated wholesale difference is charged from your balance.
