Panel reseller — panduan
Cara menjalankan bisnis reseller dari dasbor: buat paket, tambah klien, pesan VM, kirim akses, isi saldo, dan tangani dukungan — semua white-label.
Isi saldo grosir Anda dengan kripto (halaman Saldo) — pesanan dipotong dari sini.
Buat paket di konstruktor: vCPU, RAM, NVMe, IPv4 dan lokasi, plus markup Anda ($ atau %). Harga eceran milik Anda.
Tambah klien (email). Anda mendapat client_id untuk langsung memesan.
Pesan VM untuk klien: pilih paket, hostname dan OS opsional. Grosir dipotong; VM di-provisioning di server UE kami.
Kirim akses: buka detail VM untuk menampilkan kata sandi root (ditampilkan sekali) — atau reset untuk yang baru. Beri klien IP/port + kata sandi dengan merek Anda.
Dukungan & siklus hidup: suspend/unsuspend klien, reboot/reinstall VM, baca metrik, dan buka tiket ke EQVPS dari panel.
White-label
Klien Anda tidak pernah melihat EQVPS — mereka mendapat VPS dari merek, domain, dan harga Anda. Provisioning dan infrastruktur tetap pada kami.
Beyond the basics
On any client VM click Renew → pick a period (+1/+3/+6/+12/+24 months, or type your own 1–24). The dialog shows the new expiry date and the cost (wholesale × N); confirm and it is charged from your wholesale balance. Expiry extends from the current date (day of month preserved).
Toggle auto-renew per VM (ON by default). A daily job (05:00 UTC) renews anything expiring within 3 days from your wholesale balance. If the balance is short you get one alert and the server enters the normal grace window — never a silent loss.
On the dashboard use Test provision: pick a plan → Run test. You get a mock response with the exact structure of a real order (service_id, spec, IP, SSH command) — but no VM is created and no balance is charged. Use it to verify your API/MCP integration end-to-end.
The Email me toggle controls whether EQVPS emails you about your clients' servers (provision, renewal, suspend, etc.). Your clients are never emailed by EQVPS — full white-label. Turn it off if you handle client notifications yourself.
Upgrade a client VM to another of your plans (Change plan). Resize is upgrade-only — every resource ≥ current, disk grows in place — and the prorated wholesale difference is charged from your balance.
