os_id ঐচ্ছিক — লোকেশনের ডিফল্ট OS-এর জন্য বাদ দিন। নির্দিষ্ট OS-এর জন্য পাবলিক list_plans ক্যাটালগ থেকে একটি os_id ব্যবহার করুন; এটি প্রতি লোকেশনে সঠিক ইমেজে রিজলভ হয়।

অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ও os_id

14টি Linux ইমেজ উপলব্ধ (নিচে)। reseller_order_for_client-এ os_id পাস করুন — পাবলিক list_plans ক্যাটালগ থেকে নিন। নোট: available_os প্রতি লোকেশনে ভিন্ন id দেখাতে পারে; list_plans-এর os_id প্ল্যানের লোকেশনের জন্য সঠিক ইমেজে রিজলভ হয়। লোকেশনের ডিফল্ট OS ব্যবহার করতে os_id বাদ দিন।

VM স্ট্যাটাস

active — চলছে। provisioning — তৈরি হচ্ছে (অর্ডারের ঠিক পরে সংক্ষিপ্ত async উইন্ডো)। suspended — থামানো (যেমন আপনি ক্লায়েন্ট suspend করেছেন, বা অ-পরিশোধ); reseller_unsuspend_client দিয়ে পুনরায় সক্রিয় করুন। cancelled — বন্ধ (VM সরানো)।

Ready-to-use agent prompts

Auto-renew

Client servers renew without manual work. reseller_set_autorenew toggles it per VM (ON by default); a daily job renews anything expiring within 3 days from your wholesale balance. Renew now for N periods with reseller_renew (months 1-24). On a short balance you get one alert and the normal grace window — never a silent loss.

Sandbox testing (dry-run)

Pass test: true to reseller_order_for_client (or POST /api/reseller/orders with {"test":true}) for a dry-run: you get a mock response whose structure is identical to a real order, but no VM is created and no balance is charged. Use it to verify your API/MCP integration end-to-end before going live.

Client email notifications

By default EQVPS emails the account on provision/suspend/terminate/password/reinstall. In the reseller cabinet you can turn “Notify clients by email” off to handle client notifications yourself (white-label) — provisioning and renewals still work, just silently.
