- ✓EQVPS has NOT received any court order, subpoena, or legal demand for customer data that we are prohibited from disclosing.
- ✓EQVPS has NOT received any national-security order, secret order, or gag order of any kind.
- ✓EQVPS has NOT been compelled to install any surveillance, backdoor, monitoring, or interception on our systems.
- ✓No EQVPS server or infrastructure has been seized, imaged, or knowingly accessed by any third party.
- ✓EQVPS has NOT been required to modify its systems to weaken security, or to hand over encryption keys or credentials.
- ✓EQVPS retains full and sole operational control of its infrastructure.
How to read this:
If this page is not updated within a reasonable window of the next scheduled date, is removed, or any statement above changes, treat that as a warning that one or more of these statements may no longer be true.
